Whether you are a true beginner, a seasoned practitioner or somewhere in between, we can help you to grow your yoga practice starting from where you are.
We will tailor your session to your unique needs and goals, and provide you with helpful personalized feedback along the way.

ONE ON ONE
Personalized Practice
A well-balanced, efficient and nurturing practice perfectly tailored to suit your individual needs. Whether you’re looking for a boost to your already well-developed practice, a yoga lab to focus on specific postures, pointers on how to start or develop your home practice or a relaxing restorative session, this one-hour session can really take your yoga to the next level. Hands-on and verbal adjustments offered throughout.
$81 per 1 hour session.
Sliding scale and package rates available
Yoga Consultation
A consultation on a topic related to your yoga practice or your life. In person or via Skype/phone. $75-100 per 1 hour session depending on location.

We are also available if you are a yoga teacher interested in studying more deeply with us through a Mentorship.

Small Groups
A fun way to practice with your friends and loved ones. This 60-minute class is appropriate for all levels.
