The Foundations of Āsana

 

A functional anatomy informed presentation of 84 foundational postures, variations, potential benefits, concerns, functional alignment, subtle energy alignment and use of props. This self-paced course includes photos and video instruction for each posture and variation.

 

In this course you will:

- find an optimal expression of each posture that fits your unique physiology

- adopt functional alignment techniques that helps to increase stability, balance, and ease

- learn the accurate Sanskrit pronunciation of each posture

- receive an email that covers 3 postures a day for 28 days
