Vipaśyanā ≈ Insight
The aim of this technique is to implement a space to observe thoughts and sensations rather than identifying with them, so we can choose our response to them and take responsibility for shaping them according to our values.
Mindfulness of Inhaling and Exhaling
The aim of this technique is to stabilize our attention at the tip of the nose with clarity and calmness until it becomes that way automatically.
The aim of this technique is to proactively cultivate compassion, loving-kindness with equanimity toward ourselves and others.
