This album was arranged to assist with steady ujjāyī breathing during yoga practice at 108 beats per minute. Composed on Garageband in 2014-15, this album is an exploration into the subjective experience of consciousness.


This is a gapless album intended to accompany a yoga practice. It is set a steady 60 beats per minute to assist in mastering the ujjāyiī prāṇāyāma technique. It is also an effort to help raise awareness and support for odanadi.org to help end human trafficking once and for all. Our rough translation of Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu is, “May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may I find a way to help make it so!”


This entire album was composed at 54/108 beats per minute to help with ujjayi breathing during yoga practice. The first song (sambhāra) is entirely vocals, song two (prayoga) is entirely drums, song three (darśana) features Stephanie on lead vocals, song four (bhāvanā) has 54 bass tracks and 27 ukulele tracks, song five (aśaikṣā) is the entire Heart Sutra…barbershop quartet style with beat boxing, and the last song is a soothing lullaby for shavāsana. 

A portion of the proceeds from this project will support Homeward Bound of Western North Carolina to help end homelessness.


This entire album was composed at 65/130 beats per minute to serve as a reference for maintaining steady ujjayi breathing during yoga practice.  Samadhi offers a variety of empowering mantras for inner alignment and world peace.
